Training

Callidus Group recognizes that training is an essential tool in achieving our business goals.  We are committed to providing staff development and encouraging our staff to be the best they can be.

Our training gives employees opportunities, skills and knowledge. We believe that training should be consistent. For that reason, our training schedule stops for nothing.

Our internal training is a comprehensive valve curriculum .The valve curriculum is based on a standard format that includes a large practical component, trouble shooting and modes of failure.

Other courses run internally include: pressure testing, PSV, instrumentation, hydraulics, torque & tensioning, CMM, CADCAM, measurement, drilling and tapping. Our facilities include a purpose built training room.

Our aim is to mentor and safely train our apprentices, whilst giving them a well rounded traineeship.  We provide high quality employment for our apprentices, through regular rotation in different areas, locations and processes. Apprentices are given comprehensive competency assessments.
